The house is for 6 people, although adults may find the studio bedroom unsuitable as there are two single beds, one on a small mezzanine and one underneath it. 

Entrance to the house is by way of the sun room. This and the patio area are probably where you will spend the majority of your time! The sun room has a dining table and chairs and various types of seating for relaxing and enjoying the view of the garden. This room is the hub of the house with other accommodation leading from it. 

The living room is big and airy, with an open fireplace. There is various seating, a colour TV showing French television and a video with a selection of films to choose from. There is also a  comprehensive library and some interesting jig-saw puzzles (all pieces present and correct at the time of writing!) 

The kitchen has a large range of cupboards, storage, work surfaces etc., a fridge/freezer, microwave and gas hob. It is fully equipped with all you should need, with plenty of wine glasses!

Up a small flight of stairs from the sun room, is the main bedroom, with a double bed and a range of bedroom furniture. The room, which is very light and airy, has a raised seating area from which glass doors open onto a balcony - lovely for enjoying your morning cuppa whilst admiring the view across to the village. 

The second bedroom, leading from the sun room, has twin beds, various storage and double window doors leading to the garden. All have bedside lamps. Down a couple of steps from the sun room is the bathroom - with bath and shower over, twin basins, WC and the washing machine.

There is also a separate cloakroom with WC and handbasin 

Outside is a delightful vine covered patio and a pleasant lawned garden for your private use. There is a range of leisure furniture for outdoor eating and enjoying the sun along with a brick BBQ for those 'Al Fresco' meals!

Just down the meadow from the house is our swimming pool where you can relax on sun loungers or take that light meal or drinks, under the shelter of a sun umbrella of course!
