Lapeyre is set among sunflower and corn fields with a lovely view over a wooded valley and fields to the village. It is situated on the actual border of the rural departments of Lot-et-Garonne and Tarn-et-Garonne. Lapeyre is between the charming villages of Bourg-de-Visa and Beauville, each with a boulangerie, general store, bank, restaurant and somewhere to buy British papers if you wish to stay in touch! 

It is possible to cycle or walk into Bourg-de-Visa to buy your morning baguette and croissants.
This delightful Gite sleeps up to six people in traditional, yet very comfortable 'French Country Style'. It also has a brand new swimming pool (shared with the owners) to provide that welcome 'dip' when the sunbathing just gets too much for you!

The English owners live on site and are usually on hand to answer any questions and to guide you to the best places to visit if you so wish.
